Compare title, description and furtherInformation:
- title should be a name, in a human language, for a LOCdefinition or LOCstructure;
- description should also be in a human language, and able to be displayed in any medium;
- furtherInformation can be any information in any form, including simply as a link.
There may be several versions of description in different languages, but at most one in each language and at most one with no language attribute. If there is more than one description, the texts should be faithful translations of each other.
Some instances of LOCdefinition and LOCstructure may not have a title. In this case, the description, or part of it, may be used as a label, or to form the text to display in a list as part of a user interface.
Application profiles may constrain description to be plain text only; or to have a maximum length. Application profiles may require at least one of either title or description.
