“New” Cetis launched last month and it is with regret that we announce that two of our Learning Technology Advisors Mark Power and Lisa Corley have left us.

Mark has worked for Cetis for over a decade on a range of projects. He supported early Jisc programmes engaged in the creation and sharing of learning objects involving standards such as IMS Content Packaging. For the last few years, Mark focused on the area of mobile technologies and the web, delivering talks and workshops at events such as the JISC OSSWatch Transfer Summit, the Plymouth eLearning Conferences, and the Institutional Web Managers Workshop. Most recently Mark designed the new Cetis web presence.

Lisa started with Cetis by establishing the pedagogy forum in 2002. While at Cetis she was responsible for supporting a number of Jisc programmes, in particular Design for Learning, Lifelong Learning and Workforce Development and more recently the Relationship Management programme. Her role has involved the synthesis and dissemination of key programme outcomes and informing future initiatives.

We would like to thank both Mark and Lisa for their valued contributions and recognise their hard work and commitment to Cetis over the last decade. We genuinely wish them the very best for the future in whatever they decide to do.
